According to NFL wide receiver Antonio Brown, he and Michael Jordan are the same.
Recently NFL wide receiver Antonio Brown compared himself to legendary basketball player Michael Jordan. Brown said, both face a lot of criticism in life and he believes it’s because of they are Black team owners in the sports world.
On Friday, Brown tweeted a post, where he mentioned that he and Michael Jordan receive the same kind of hate for their ownership roles in the sports world. NFL wide receiver Antonio Brown became part of the Albany Empire’s ownership group earlier last year, while Michael Jorden has been the owner of the famous basketball team Charlotte Hornets for the last 13 years.
“Me n MJ get the same hate BLK Ownership archives,” Brown tweeted. He replied to Jordan’s Resume in Charlotte.

Although, as an owner Jordan never made an impact on the team. To be honest, the only memorable thing the Hornets did during his ownership was to draft Kemba Walker in 2011.
However, an announcement was made by Michael Jorda this Friday that he wanted to sell his basketball team, Charlotte Hornets to a group led by Gabe Plotkin and Rick Schnall.
Meanwhile, Antonio Brown accused Arena League Football players of betraying him by sharing information. On June 15, 2023, he was terminated by the Empire’s franchise agreement due to Brown’s failure to pay the league for dues and fines that he owed.
NFL fan has reacted to Antonio Brown’s tweet:
MJ couldn’t build a competitive roster in a small market, you couldn’t pay a $1000 fine. You are not the same, a fan replied.
