The 2023 NFL regular season is currently in its middle and all are giving their best performance. Meanwhile, the much-discussed question is who is the best quarterback in the NFL.

Looks like Dallas Cowboys star quarterback Dak Prescott was chosen as his name was trending on the show “Get Up” this Tuesday. His name was taken by the host.

The discussion reached this point when ESPN’s Mike Greenberg asked Domonique Foxworth a big question, “If I said Dak is the best quarterback in the NFC, what would you say?”

Foxworth seemed to agree with Greenberg. “I’d say he’s the best quarterback in the NFL,” Foxworth replied. “Since that 49ers loss, he’s the best statistically by almost all the advanced metrics. Then, if you watch the games, you’d notice he’s not getting great protection. He’s balling with the offensive line collapsing. He’s not getting a running game as great as we thought Tony Pollard was. Dak is making everything much easier for everyone around him.

Dak Prescott has been very good this season and has performed very well. He is completing 70.7 percent of his pass attempts for 2,415 yards with seventeen touchdowns and six interceptions this season.

He is currently leading the league in completion percentage and is in the top five in touchdown passes. He is playing his best football currently.

Even Dallas Cowboys owner Jerry Jones believes that Dak Prescott should be getting award buzz.

As per Jon Machota, a Dallas reporter,

Does Jerry Jones think Dak Prescott is an MVP candidate?

Jones on @1053thefan: “I do. I certainly do. He’s put together a series of games that are the best of his career. It’s the fact that he’s doing them back to back. Boy is he really in a position where it’s not only physical but it’s mental.”

The Cowboys will be facing the Carolina Panthers this Sunday and it may be a golden opportunity for Dak Prescott to increase his ranks.
