Career as a college football (2019-2023)

Copeland played in just 3 games for the Gators, and he made only one reception for 16 yards, averaging 16.0 yards per reception.

As a sophomore in 2019, he played in 13 games and had 21 catches for an average of 13.0 yards per catch for 273 yards with 2 touchdowns.
